ETAGSDIRECT Cannot and will not fullfill their obligations. Charge service fee even when they mess up. Miami FL
Told me I had a MDX toll violation, cancelled my order 2 times, repoened it to tell me the same thing about Toll Violations. Called MDX directly told me there are no violations or holds on my account. Get bounced back and forth and are unable to refund service fee even though they messed up. Blaming it on MDX when MDX is directly telling me there is nothing on my account. Avoid this company and go directly to the DMV.
