I purchased a custom neon sign 8 months ago with Everything Neon. Within 6 months, the neon effect started to fade. I contacted customer service (Jen Smith) about the issue.

She sent us an email on how to fix it. Well the fix worked only temporarily. I contacted her again and told her it's doing it again. No response but she had someone from the factory contact us who was rude and unprofessional on the phone, trying to make us feel like idiots cause we couldn't fix it. Like we made it!!!

Well we tried to talk to him and he kept belittling us so we hung up. I sent Jen Smith another email telling her was this guy did and how unprofessional he was. We wanted a refund and to send back the sign and what happened??? NOTHING! THEY DO NOT RESPOND when you start talking about a refund.

Unfortunately, I did not Google them before purchasing and shame on me for not because their BAD REVIEWS are all over the internet. So hopefully I can save someone from the same thing I went through with them.

So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM EVERYTHING NEON. They are a review away from being the kind of business that sends you an empty box. I will not be surprised if I see a review like that about them.
