I bought a scooter from EVOSales. It arrived in a broken crate and the scooter was scratched and gouged everywhere on all panels. The gas gage did not work.
I wrote EVO and they told me parts were on the way, then they were backed up, etc. etc. Almost three months later and nothing but a run around from EVO Sales and a guy who works there named Rony I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
I sent my credit card company all the pictures I took the day I got the damaged sooter and all the e-mails between EVO and me. I won the dispute and the credit card company refunded my money and debited EVOsales account.
EVO has sent me threating letters. The scooter is still in my garage and they won't pick it up. I would be glad to share my e-mails and photos with any of you. Just send me an e-mail and I will get them off to you. DO NOT buy from EVO. The customer service stops the second they have your money. One e-mail I got from Rony, he said "go ahead just try to get your money back". Well, I got my money back. The credit card company nailed them. But, EVO states they have put me into collections. This is just a horrible company. (((email redacted)))
