Explore Debt Solutions is a fraud. The guy who owns the company runs it by himself. He has no employees. He does not know anything about debt settlement. He does not care if people finish their programs and actually get out of debt. All he cares about is taking your money and collecting your fees. Ryan Bibler is a crook!

Stay away from this company. They will ruin your credit and never pay your debts off. They will just collect your payments and hope you eventually cancel or stop making payments. That way they have collected their fees and do not have to do any work on your behalf. Ryan Bibler is a fraud and a crook!

Ryan Bibler is right. He is a honest, hard working, dedicated small business owner. He started Explore Debt Solutions to help out people in need of financial assistance. He has strong family values and has good and just morals. He was raised very well and cares a lot about his life, family, his job/business, and helping other people. He is also a devout Christian and would never rip anyone off. He is adamant that people stick with their program and finish completely debt free. He charges a reasonable fee and does not collect everything upfront. He spreads the fee out over the first half of the program. Ryan is not a crook and cares a lot about helping people become debt free. Explore Debt Solutions follows the rules, laws, and does exactly what they say they are going to do. I did not mean what I originally stated about Ryan or his business. He left Discover Credit Card and the collections business to start Explore Debt Solutions (a Debt Settlement company) because he wanted to actually help people and not hurt them like the credit card companies do. With today's economy the way it is, these credit card companies are taking advantage of their customers by lowering their credit lines and raising their interest rates. They are legal loan sharks that are worse than payday loans. (in Ohio atleast!) I would recommend Explore Debt Solutions for anyone who needs financial assistance. Explore Debt Solutions has a wonderful program that helps people who are behind on their unsecured debt, or people who just cannot afford their monthly payments anymore. Explore Debt Solutions saves people thousands of dollars and helps them get their credit situation back on track. Debt Settlement is the best way to get out of debt! It is the fastest and least expensive alternative than paying your creditors as agreed, refinancing and loan consolidations, credit couseling, credit repair or bankruptcy. If you pay your creditors the minimum payments or even a little bit more every month and with the 20-30% interest they charge you, it will take you 20 years or more to pay them back. You will end up paying back three times the amount you originally owed, if not more. This is exactly what credit cards companies want you to do. They want you to max out your cards and continue to make minimum payments for the rest of your life. Saving thousands of dollars is a lot more important than having a perfect credit score. Having that extra money to buy food, clothes, gas, taking care of your family, pay your mortgage on time, and pay your utility bills is far more important than having a 700 credit score! AVOID paying your creditors these ridiculous interest rates unless you have then means to do so! Refinancing or consolidation loans are the dumbest debt relief option you can chose. You are taking unsecured debt and securing it by collateral. They will usually secure it with your home, cars, or valuables like jewelry. Why on earth would you do this, especially with the housing market in the dumps like it is? And it's not getting better anytime soon! I don't care what any economist, realtor, mortgage broker, or even President Obama says. DO NOT refinance your unsecured debt!! You will end up paying back a lot more than what you actually owe if you would have just continued making minimum payments in the first place. Not to mention that now you have an even longer repayment term. For example: You had $10,000 worth of credit card debt and refinanced it into your home. You may have lowered your interest rates from the 29% your credit card companies were charging to the 4% on your mortgage. But instead of the 12 years it was going to take to pay off the credit cards, now you are paying for that $10,000 in credit card debt for the next 30 years! Add in the brokerage and finance fees for the new loan and you owe a lot more than $10,000! Did you know that even if you have never missed a payment and always pay at least the minimums every month that having maxed out credit cards actually hurts your credit? The reason why is because you have an extremely high debt-to-income ratio. This means that you are paying out as much or more than what you actually make every month. Credit scores do not last forever and can easily be rebuilt! The last thing you want to do is refinance, then can't afford to pay your mortgage, and then lose your home. AVOID refinancing or consolidation loans! Credit Counseling is the most expensive debt relief program next to refinancing or consolidation loans. What Consumer Credit Couseling Services do is they negotiate with your creditors to lower your interest rates on your accounts. They usually lower your interest to a default rate of 9%. Basically CCCS are glorified collections companies. They work our a deal with your creditors and have you continue to make your monthly payment. They receive a fee from you but also get a kick back from the creditor. They work for the creditors, not the consumer! They have many, many cons. Firs,t it takes 5-8 years to pay back what you owe. This means you will pay 150-200% of what you actually owed in the first place. The creditor does not have to agree to their terms either. If the creditor doesn't agree to the terms, you are paying a CCCS company to do absolutely nothing, and your accounts will fall behind. This will destroy your credit. It also takes about 90 days for a CCCS to negotiate a payment plan with your creditors and to make the first payment. This absolutely destroys your credit as well. They also show on your credit report as a 3rd party assistance, meaning they are making your payments for you. This is bad because when banks, lenders, or other financial institutions see this 3rd party fingerprint on your credit report it reads to them just like a bankruptcy. So for 5-8 years your credit is awful. Another con I want to mention is that if you miss one payment, just one payment, the CCCS will drop you from the program and all your accounts will shoot back up to the default maximum interest rates. Usually 29%! Enrolling in a CCCS program also forces you to attend budget/financial management classes. This is a new law that was recently passed and is enforced, or you will not be accepted into the program. Credit Counseling is a terrible debt relief option and CCCS are not your friends. They are not Christians organizations either, as many of them claim. They say they are Christians to sucker people into their program. They also might claim they are non-profit organizations. This might be true on paper, but in reality what they do is at the end of the fiscal year, they pay out huge bonuses and splurge on their employees and offices. The sad thing is most CCCS programs are a fraud and they either rip you off and take your money or eventaully claim they couldn't negotiate with the creditors and you lose all the money you spent on retainers and fees. Good luck getting any or your money back. AVOID CCCS! Credit Repair is the biggest fraud of them all. They claim to fix your credit in just 30 days. The way Credit Repair works is a company will dispute the inquiries, negative accounts, discrepancies, fraudulent activity or derogatory remarks on your credit report with each of the 3 credit bureaus. When this happens the credit bureaus have to leagally remove these items from your report while they investigate the disputes. Guess what happens? The debt on your report is aactually your debt and you failed to fulfill your obligations! After the determine whether the debt is yours or not, they put the items back on your credit report. So basically what happens is your credit score will go up for a brief period of time. This is good for people who are applying for a loan or mortgage and need to boost their credit scores quickly. Sometimes you might get lucky, and the credit bureaus get too busy and might forget to put ithe items back on, but that rarely happens. If the debt is not actually yours and is fraudulent then this program is perfect for your situation. However, you can always dispute these claims on your own and DO NOT need to hire a company to do this. If you want to dispute items on your credit report go to this website and pull a free credit report. www.annualcreditreport.com You get 3 reports, one from each credit agency, free each year. You may always buy a report as well and get your credit score along with the report. This website shows you exactly how to dispute items on your credit report. Everything a Credit Repair company will do for you, you can do on your own. AVOID CREDIT REPAIR completely. Last but not least is BANKRUPTCY. Bankruptcy is always, always, always a last resort. You should only file bankruptcy if you absolutely cannot afford to pay anything back and qualify for a Chapter 7. This means you liquidate your debt, but get to keep your assets. The problem is, nobody qualifies for Chapter 7 anymore because of new laws and regulations. Unfortunately people took advantage of Chapter 7 Banruptcies. Not anymore! If you have a regular source of income you will qualify for Chapter 13 bankruptcy and have to pay most of everything back. And the fun part is that this repayment plan is court ordered! You might only have to pay back $1 a month, or it could be half your paycheck, but you will have to pay something back. If you do not pay as ordered you can be held in contempt of court and be put in jail! On top of the money you have to pay back every month for god knows how long, you also have to pay ridiculous lawyer fees. Bankruptcy is also public record, permanently. This means that anyone and everyone can research and find out if you ever filed for bankruptcy. Some companies do not hire people at all if they ever filed for bankruptcy, even if you didn't complete the process. Worst of all, some banks, lenders, and financial institutions will never loan money or extend credit to people who filed bankruptcy ever again. AVOID BANKRUPTCY unless you are about to lose your home! Debt Settlement is you best debt relief option. You not only have to pay back only 60% of what you owe including fees, but you get out of debt in less than 3 years. Sure it might hurt your credit if you were current and never missed a payment in your life, but you will save thousands of dollars and might prevent yourself from losing you most valueable investment. Your HOME! If you are already behind on your payments and have negative accounts, collection accounts or derogatory remarks on your report, Debt Settlement will only help you. As you settle off your accounts your debt-to-income ratio is reduced and now you have more money each month to spend on things other than debt! This is what banks, lenders, and financial institutions like to see. Lenders do not approve people solely based on credit scores but are more concerned with your ability to pay. The less debt you have, the more money you have to spend. Enrolling in a Debt Settlement program will allow you to consolidate your unsecured debts into one low monthly payment. Sometimes this payment is half or even more than half of what you are currently paying! Debt Settlement firms negotiate with your creditors to reduce the BALANCES owed on each account, rather than negotiate a reduction of your interest rates. They lower the balances so you only have to pay back 30-50% of what you originally owed. The great thing about a Debt Settlement program is that they set up a savings account in your name so you can a) save money for settlements b) when you settle each account it shows on your credit report that you made the payment, not the Debt Settlement firm. Remember that CCCS shows as 3rd party assitance and that absolutely kills your chance of getting credit while you are on the program. Once you start settling your accounts one by one your credit situation will get better! Debt Settlement is the safest, quickest, and least expensive way to become debt free! The point of this report was to apologize to Ryan Bibler for the previous comments about him and his business. He is an honest, reliable, hard working businessman, husband, and father. He does not charge ridiculous fees and is in this business to actually help people not hurt them. Explore Debt Solutions can help with credit cards, medical bills, repossessions, foreclosures, negative accounts, collections accounts, overdrawn bank accounts, old utility bills, old cell phone bills, evictions, money owed for past apartments, etc. I recommend Ryan Bibler and Explore Debt Solutions to anyone who has credit, debt, or financial problems. He runs the best and most honest company in the industry!

Response to a report not from a client but a disgruntled employee fired for stealing from the company

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

This post is very unfortunate. It was clearly written by a disgruntled employee that I was forced to fire last week due to dishonesty. When running a small business, it is impossible to operate with an employee trying to steal from you. I was absolutely shocked when I read this post considering how remorseful he acted on Friday, May 29th, as he tearfully asked for his job back. I was disheartened that his employment had to end how it did, but I cannot tolerate dishonesty in the workplace. A further indication that this post is slander, is the simple fact that the former employee did not take the time to look up the correct spelling of his alleged city of residence. It is not Corpus Christy, Texas - But CORPUS CHRISTI. I imagine that any resident of the city, whether "anonymous" or not, would know the correct spelling of their home town. Explore Debt Solutions is a young company, dedicated to honest, reputable service. Everything in the post is blatantly false. I am a respectable, hard working, business owner. If you have any questions about this post please do not hesitate to contact me. See our company website for further information. Ryan Bibler www.exploredebtsolutions.com
