I am afraid you can't fight the truth Mister Jon E. Morehouse. Your customers and future employees will see that you have no integrity in keeping your word. How ever you run your business is up to you. I have made my statement and the " the truth will stand as the public records shows". I have done my justice to society in exposing dishonest owners such as yourself. The search engines will do the justice that I seek against you and your false claims. This is my last statement on this topic. If you want my removal of this statement I want a public apology made in writing to myself how you did lie and are sorry for twisting the truth mailed to my address you have on file. You can keep your money, I would not receive any amount from you other than a hand written letter stating your apologies. Only then will I ask this forum to have the documents removed. You try to tarnish my creditability as an employee and I will have you brought up on charges and request a meeting with the supreme court of justice.

It has become evident that Mr. S is willing to drag out this ordeal despite the false claims he continues to make against Extreme Structures. As much as Mr. S would like to think he knows everything about Extreme Structures in the 5 DAYS he worked for us, he doesn't. Although Mr. Morehouse has been working with structural insulated panels since 1995, he has been in the construction business SINCE 1976. This is just one of the many facts that Mr. S has somehow distorted. Any personal contact with Extreme Structures and its employees will prove to differ from the false accusations that Mr. S continues to make.

Positive facts to Disprove (Factual Response) from Extreme Structures. One is against an excavation company, one is against an entire church, and the list goes on. He quotes, In being in the construction business for over 30 years and having over a 100 employees, we have never once had an employee sue us. If I am the first to bring him to the table for his actions then I feel honored among the other 19 whom either sued or have been sued by this man. The actions he took to not pay me for the work I performed allowed me to research further into the practice of his Company and himself. The net is a powerful tool when used correctly. I personally have been in the construction business for the 9 years I have been up here and not one customer retailer or company has been unsatisfied with any of the work I have performed or contracted out. The companies I have worked for are listed. Sears and Roe buck home remodeling. ( Master craftsman status). Four Season sun rooms, Kitchen and Cabinets of Antigo, Bohm builders, Dennison builders, TD fisher group and Menards. Plus all the countless satisfied customers who I have done work for over the years. Fact Two: He has been in business with Insulspan since 2001. Not the 35 years that he claims in this statement. In being in the construction business for over 30 years and having over a 100 employees, we have never once had an employee sue us. Jon started working with Structural Insulated Panels in 1995 amd has been Insulspan since 2001. http://www.extremestructuresllc.com/jon.html a quote from his own page. Fact three: The time sheet was dated and mailed into the accountant on the same week as my dismissal. He never responded to me until I took legal action. I would get lots of excuses, which prompted me to pursue this thru legal means. Fact four: The court trial took place in three different segments. The first hearing was awarded to me because Mister Morehouse didn't even show up and the court awarded me final judgment. I set into motion a docket on his property and garnishment on his wages. I was awaiting the final approval when to my dismay I received a letter stating that he was contesting the judgment based on the position that he didn't know the correct place that the trial was being held at. The judge opened the case up to a second hearing. To my dismay again when wanting to present clear evidence against him in court he hired a professional high paid lawyer to fight me, instead of defending his own honor. These decisions lead to a third trial with witnesses and a private hearing. I have lost already three days worth of work due to these proceedings. The last hearing was between his lawyer and I which lead to a final agreement. The judge responded to me that if I had all the requirements and job listing duties in writing none of this would have been an issue and I would not have to sue to get my labor pay. I did trust this man and that has been my demise. The facts are I did 41.25 hours of work and 16 hours of personal time on a dwg to scale to prove to him I can do the work he asked for. I logged the travel and time spent going from jobsite to jobsite and in that week it came to 1078 miles. To which he never contested as it was proven fact. The judge could not prove that he offered me free gas or $16.00 an hour. The judge decided on $15.00 with one tank of gas. I did loose out there on the final settlement. Jon E Morehouse claims I am disgruntled at these actions. I am and that is a fact. I was lied to at the beginning of the job offer. He told my school (who referred him to me) that he was looking for a Cad/Engineer/Drafter for his houses to scale in sip panels. He told the Career officer that he was willing to pay $17.00 or higher for the right person. That is how this all started out. I am using this forum, this information and these facts as the only means I have of warning other potential students and potential customers who either work for him or hire him to be wary of his practices and how he distorts the truth to his own gains and means. Summary: Rip off reports is to be praised for the justice it has served in this case. I am a simple student looking to better my career who almost got discouraged to give up pursuing this type of career if people like Jon E Morehouse are the kind of owners I would for. Lucky for me and others this is not the case. The search engine when typed in Google.com Extreme Structures by Jon lists on the first page this article and the facts stated within. Then further on down it brings up his company. I feel satisfied that it is getting the attention it needs to bring to public opinion bad companies who take advantage of good employees. I quote a letter from his Attorney who threatened to sue for listing this article. After reviewing this article, it is apparent that many of the allegations asserted therein are false and have been listed solely to ruin the reputation of my clients. As such, we are providing you with five days to remove this entire report from RipoffReport.com If you fail to remove this report within five days of your receipt of this letter, we be left with no alternative other than to file suit against you for defamations, libel, and slander. We will be seeking the maximum penalties permissible by law. Additionally, if you have listed anything concerning my clients, Extreme Structures and Jon E. Morehouse, on any other website, publication, chat room, or otherwise, we are demanding that those be removed as well. Facts, Truth and the net are powerful weapons against bad individuals or corporations who want to take advantage of the innocent. Speak your mind, be honest and stick to the facts and justice will prevail no matter how much they think they can buy your silence. The pen is mightier than the Sword What will be whispered in the small chambers will be shouted on the top of rooftops I await your rebuttal Mister Morehouse.

In lieu of the statements alleged by Bill Schonfelder on 1/27/08, we would like to respond by stating the following: Mr. Schonfelder's claim that we have had 18 small claim suits against us from customer/employees is false. In being in the construction business for over 30 years and having over 100 employees, we have never once had an employee sue us. Mr. Schonfelder claims that we can only get family to work for us, yet of the 9 people presently on staff, only 1 family member is on payroll. Mr. Schonfelder did not turn his timesheet in on time in order to be paid the following payroll period. This resulted in a delay of his paycheck because his paycheck could not be processed until the following pay period which was two weeks later. Clarification also was needed on the number of hours that were worked by Mr. Schonfelder. Judgment was never made against Extreme Structures in the amount of $1200. Mr. Schonfelder claims we did not pay him enough, however the courts ruled differently. The courts did rule to pay him for the 41.25 hours which we were always willing to do. However, Mr. Schonfelder claimed he was supposed to be paid more than what was agreed upon at the time of hiring. The courts ruled against his claim and he was paid the wage that was agreed upon at the time of hire. Upon quitting, Mr. Schonfelder requested to be paid for his gas. We offered him a check of $50 to cover gas expenses. This check, along with the check for the 41.25 hours were sent back to us by Mr. Schonfelder because he felt he should have gotten paid more. Mr. Schonfelder was right on one thing, we did send him a check for $300 in hopes of settling the dispute outside of court. However, Mr. Schonfelder was dissatisfied with this as well. Unfortunately for him, because after the court's ruling he walked out with less money than if he would have just accepted the checks for his 41.25 hours, $50 for gas, and the $300 settlement check. Overall, Mr. Schonfelder is a disgruntled employee who had unrealistic expectations about his role at Extreme Structures. He was never hired to do engineering work, only CAD. These unrealistic expectations revolved around wanting to get free gas, getting paid more than what was agreed upon and his job responsibilities. It is unfortunate that the situation evolved into this. When hiring Mr. Schonfelder, it was our hope that he could fulfill the need in the drawing and design area. However, in our business, in order to be most effective in the drawing and design area, it is crucial to gain a sense of the building components used. Unfortunately, Mr. Schonfelder was unable to adapt to this process.
