facebook charges for credits to play the slot machines..lots of people have issues with them but i got tired of getting no place with the games support so i went to facebook support who agreed i should get a refund which they gave. but as soon as the refund was authorized the games started freezing and not paying.. i contacted game support and told luna the games were freezing and didnt pay 18m credits  she said she checked and the network had issues so she sent 1m credits which was supposed to make me happy..A couple months ago the game malfunctioned and took 98m credits from me  luna knew this but would only return 13m.

As i said facebook did refund part of my money.. then yesterday afternoon i was talking to my bank and there was a $59.00 payment to facebook which i didnt authorize.. bank is doing a fraud investigation and i contacted facebook and told them it was fraud i wanted my money back  their response was they are sorry i got confused making a purchase and they will not refund it''well when you make a purchase in facebook it goes on your purchase history page every purchase i have made is there but there is no history for any purchase made yesterday which is when this happened.

when i buy credits i spend $59.00 for 72,000,000 but i didnt buy yesterday because at the time i had over 100m so no reason to buy...

Many people have issues like this and facebook does nothing.. someone needs to be able to help us players who are ripped off constantly.
