Appointment made for a Couples Massage. This required leaving three different phone messages before receiving a return phone call. After the massage was scheduled, received a phone call two days before the scheduled service reporting that they were not able to do the Couples massage simultaneously and would I consider having them done one at a time. Or either rescheduling once she moves to a new location. Since I had out of town guests for graduation weekend, I needed to keep the scheduled date and agreed to a 9am & 10am appointments on Monday, June 1st.
When I arrived for the appointment, the door was locked. I knocked and rang the door bell. I heard someone shouting "It's Open" I tried again with no success and replied "No, it's not 0pen". The owner came to door and opened it. She was not very friendly and when she extended her hand I assumed she was going to shake my hand and introduce herself. She did not shake my hand but instead requested the Groupon coupon I had in my hand. It was clear that she did not want to shake my hand.
She was very rude and unprofessional. She asked if I wanted to go downstairs and eat at one of the restaurants while she did the first massage. I told her I would wait and had already eaten some fruit. She replied I'm not a Nutritionist! Apparently, she did not want me to wait in her office. Office was cluttered, dirty and disorganized.
After she went to set up the room, my friend and decided we would not receive services from an unprofessional, biased woman. She quickly went to her desk area and grabbed the Groupon and returned it to me. She replied " I didn't want to touch you anyway" and slammed the door after we left! She spoke with an accent, not sure of her European ethnicity but is it clearly not how we treat others in a culturally diverse society. I have never been treated so badly in my life and would never return to this establishment!

There is two sides to every story and then there is the Truth! Wouldn't the world be a better place if everyone followed the Golden Rules that your mother taught you " Be kind & courteous to everyone"?

Seriously I can't see how someone can get up every day and do nothing but try and see racism in everything. After all, you go to this woman and because she didn't want to shake your hand, had a disorganized office, and it was dirty you automatically play the racist card. So I guess in your opinion she just dirtied up the office because you were coming over? Perhaps she keeps some dirt in a jar for just such an occasion.
Here is a thought. Pehaps it is as she said earlier and is trying to move to a bigger place. Perhaps that is why it is disorganized. Perhaps she offered for you to go downstairs so you would have a more comfortable place to be. But no...you automatically go to the racist card.
Sorry but the only racist one in this report as YOU are the only one who mentioned anything about race. You are the one who inferred she didn't want to have anything to do with you because of your race. Of course I expect you to come back and say you left out a lot of things...BUZZ nice try but when people post a report they are going to put their best stuff forward...and if what you posted was your best stuff...you have nothing. Where anything after that will really bring into question how legitimate it is.
