Fast Growing Trees.com Charge you immediately, promise shipment within 3 weeks, wont return email request or answer phone Ft Mill, South Carolina
Everything looks beautiful on the website but i cant tell you how it looks in person because they have yet to ship me my product. The most unbelievable thing is that this may the only online purchase that i have ever made where you are charged before the product is even shipped. It would be one thing if it were shippped a day or two later, but these guys promise you a less than 3 week delivery and trust me, they mean it.
The whole three weeks plus because i am now over 3 weeks. So after this time passes, since that is what they advertise, i decide to start calling and emailing to no avail. They have this toll free number with a recorded message (sounds like a 1 man band operation if you ask me) that tells you that your request can be expidited if you go online and make a request.
No live operator ever comes on the line. So when you go online and inquire about your order, they do not even respond. I finally called them and got some little country red neck girl on the phone in Ft Mill, SC (speaks for itself) and she was clueless. I asked her why they charged me before they ship and she had a scripted response about "oh, that way you dont have to worry about it later when we actually ship it".
Hello, all i have done is worry because i have been charged wondering if i have been lured into a scam because no product has shipped and this company has totally ignored me. I have initiated a charge back with my bank so i am sure they will now find a way to call me since they are about to have the money take away from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, LESSON LEARNED !!!
