All i heard about fedex s**+**y slow and bad service is true after all
after experiencing it myself 2 times i am enraged! i purchased a laptop
from dell online on may 15th 2010 it arrived in new jersey on the 26th
ok no problem so far but it all starts when it's time to actually do the
delivery... it said on my tracking number info it was loaded on the
truck ready for delivery at 08:16AM (in transit)...i waited the whole
day for this package missing work and all now at 06:00PM i received an
e-mail saying there was a security issue on recipients destination. WTF
is that supposed to mean? i call 1800 go-fedex and they tell me oh don't worry
it will be delivered tomorrow ok...same s**t happens again on the next
day, now i'm piss coz i need my notebook right away for my job and stuff
so i call them to schedule a pick up they are like oh it's not
guaranteed it will be available on saturday coz ground drivers they take
their truck home...i'm like wtf? so today is friday and i'll snap if i
don't have my notebook by tomorrow and if i have to wait until monday
forget it i'll be furious. my final conclusion is f**k fedex i'll never
ever use their shipping service ever again!
i finally found the number for the Fedex facility in Avanel,NJ they have told me they never got any notes from the 4 times i called the main number on my package what so ever and they also said it was on the truck to be delivered when i asked them what the problem was the previous day they claim.. "oh we needed a phone number".... so i gave them my cell number let's see what's the excuse if it doesn't get delivered today..
