The website advertised $1.95 purchase. I bought the service. They charged my account for the $1.95. Then they started a monthly credit card charge for $49.50. When I called, Shelee Mineer was extremely rude and unprofessional. I requested to talk to her supervisor, she refused and told me that he is not in this building. She contradicted herself by first saying that she can not give the refund and when I asked to talk to somebody with more authority, she said she is the one in charge. Red flag people! She refused to refund my money and only offered a $25 refund. I am disputing the charges, but what a pain! Stay away from this company. They don't do what they say the will do, the website is hard to use. They are unprofessional and not helpful. What a nightmare.
