I have never written a review before but the service from First American Home Buyer Protection Corporation has been so horrendously bad and insensitive that I am compelled to warn anyone who is looking at this company to STAY AWAY!

Our heating/air system quit in August. the first company came out three times and put in used parts to fix it. On December 19, the heating system quit (seems the circuit breaker in the HVAC system died). It is now January 7th and they still have not fixed the problem. The heating companies (yes, plural) say that since it's a breaker in the HVAC system and they don't do electrical. The electrical companies (yes, plural) say its a HVAC problem so they won't fix it.

We have spent literally 100 hours on the phone with First American (on hold, explaining our problem to different customers service reps) and the only solution they have while they figure this out is to offer us $50.00 to purchase a space heater to heat our 2800 sq. foot house during the winter. Today it is 17 degrees here and our pipes have frozen, and we still have no heat.

First American deserves an F- and should be ashamed of itself. My husband and I are senior citizens and cannot afford to go live in a hotel (which First American would not help us with anyway) while this is figured out. So we freezing in our home, now with no water,
