Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have been involved with this company before about 2 years ago and was totally unsatisfied with the experiance so i cancelled my membership to it. I then started receiving calls from them last week and told them i wasnt interested or else hung up when they wouldnt listen that i wasnt satisfied the last time around.

I received a call yesterday stating that i was to get money from the IRS and that there was a $69.95 processing fee for the transfer. Which i was happy to pay for a $5,694 deposit.

When the deposit never entered my account today i called the customer service number to find out what the deal was and why i didnt receive my money. That is when i found out that it was a $5,000 limit on a First USA Financial card.

I then told the lady that i was upset at that fact that I was never told that it was First USA that I was dealing with and that if I had known that that was the fact that i would have never accepted the money or the fee. She proceded to tell me that it was impossible that the person i talked to the day before would give me false information or they would be fired.

I made sure when i talked to the person on the phone the day before that i wrote their name down and told customer service her name today and she knew who i was talking about. I proceded to tell her that i had already dealt with this company in the past and wasnt happy with the service and that i have been telling them in the past week i wasnt interested in the service again.

I then said that i didnt want to be involved and if i had know i would have said no to everything. My roommate also heard the whole converstaion from the day before and also knew that the person hadnt said anything about First USA Financial. The customer service then told me she coudln't do anything about the fee coming out of my account because i accepted the day before. I replied i accepted a fee for a depost not a fee for a membership to a company i wanted nothing to do with.

I again made sure my roommate heard the conversation today for a witness to the conversation. I told the lady i would put a stop to the payment and she told me that was my decision to make. So it cost me $20.00 to stop payment on a fee to a company that never once told me it was First USA Financial.

When i tried to explain to her all the information i was told by the person before and that i would file a complaint to the better business bureau she told me she was going to have to hang up now and proceeded to tell me goodbye and thank you for contacting customer service.

>>I received a call yesterday stating that i was >>to get money from the IRS and that there was a >>$69.95 processing fee for the transfer. Which >>i was happy to pay for a $5,694 deposit. The whole reference to an IRS deposit confuses me. Do you normally get calls from the IRS offering a deposit? Why did you believe that the IRS was going to transfer money to you? And moreover, you believed the IRS wanted to charge a $69.95 fee to give you money? >>When the deposit never entered my account >>today i called the customer service number to >>find out what the deal was and why i didnt >>receive my money. That is when i found out >>that it was a $5,000 limit on a First USA >>Financial card. What does having a $5000 limit on a card have to do with getting a deposit from the IRS? Your story makes no sense, and makes me feel sorry for the customer service agent that took your call. Whew!
