I purchased a hat from flight inspired. It didn't fit and I requested a return label. After several weeks and repeatedly asking I finally received one and returned my product a month ago. Over the past few weeks I have contacted them multiple times for my refund and each time they ask for my billing address and say they will get back to me and then never respond. I tried live chat and was told to email them. Then I contacted the company on Facebook after leaving a negative review and was told they would not refund my money until I removed my negative feedback even though they know I returned the product. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.
