Floors To Go - William LIndholm AKA Carpet Mill Connection Hires unexperienced installer Oak Hill Florida
The owner of Floors To Go in Oak Hill, FL, William "Bill" Lindholm, hired unexperienced installer/s for a large vinyl flooring project and now it will cost me almost $3000 to remove and repair the damages - then I have to start with another flooring company to come in and do the job correctly. Not only was the installer unexperienced - there were bubbles left under the vinyl in the living rooms, dining rooms and bathrooms, there was vinyl glue all over the top of the flooring from where the installers had walked on wet vinyl glue and transferred the glue onto the top of the vinyl flooring, seams weren't secured to the floor in several areas, some areas along the living room baseboards were missing strips of vinyl flooring (old flooring was exposed). To top it all off - the owner had to harrass his installer to even get him to show up. Buyer beware - I have had a terrible experience with this company and am going to court.
