 I went to a travel promotion for florida beach destinations, they promised the cheapest and most exotic vacations for less money. They charged me $4000.00 and for the next 6 months I tried to book vacation thru them to no avail, I never was able to book any vacation at all but they were sure to send me a bill every month for $239.00!! Now they want to put it in collections because I refuse to pay for something Im not receiving.

This customer called on three seperate occasions requesting a condo in Bora-Bora, Gulf Coast of Florida and Orlando, Florida. On all three occasions the customer was given a quote. There's a huge difference between not being offered anything and not liking what was offered. In one particular case (Orlando) we offered a two-bedroom condo at Liki Tiki Village for $420.00. This price included all tax & cleaning fees. Most people would be ecstatic with this price. This customer however opted not to continue with the reservation. We provide the best price, guaranteed, but cannot force someone to make a reservation through our service.

Customer also claims we charged them $4000.00. Not true. The price of the membership they agreed to pay is $4000.00. To date they have not made any agreed upon payments except their initial down payment of $400.00.

The $239.20 referenced is for the annual renewal fee. The customer is very aware there is an annual renewal fee. Whether the customer opts to pay the renewal is entirely up to them. We have met our agreement with them by providing the use of our member website and offering the best pricing each time they've called in. Why this customer feels the need to retaliate and post inaccurate, untrue complaints about our company is unknown.
