Florida Gun Works, Miami They take your money, don't send the goods! Ripoff Miami Florida
I frequently order goods from companies in the US to be sent to the UK and, until now, have had excellent service. Florida Gun Works are the exception.
They charged my credit card immediately, but did not dispatch the goods. No explanation, nothing. Emailed, got a response but did not answer the question about when they would delivered. Said they had been having email server problems. Merely asked me to email them again if I did not receive the goods! Needless to say, I didn't.
Emailed them again asking them to state when goods would be delivered and requesting them to refund my credit card if they could not deliver. No response. No goods. No refund.
Filed a fraud notice with my credit card company. It took another two months but FGW finally refunded me. No apology, nothing.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP-OFF MERCHANTS!
