I purchased a new 07 Ford Mustang in April of 2007 the car ran fine for a few years until this water leak started in 2011. While driving picking up the kids from school during a rainy day ,water stared pouring into the passenger side of the vehicle. Every time it rains now water leaks into the passenger side and has caused severe interior ,mechanical , and elecctrical issues. As of today my 07 mustang will not start and is undrivable. I still owe a few more months payments on this vehicle and the car is a complete lemon. I can't trade it in nor sell this vehicle because it has had water damage and is a danger to whoever drives it. You don't know if the car could catch on fire while driving because the water leaks right over the eletricall box. I have called the local dealership and they want well over $500 to fix this issue because my car is not under warranty. FORD has issused a TSB on 05-09 mustangs with the same problem. That means they are admitting they screwed up and did not make these vehicles correctly. I am writing numerous complaints to as many consumer complaint companies so that maybe FORD will deal with this issue and do the right thing. We deserve a vehicle that is drivable after only 4 years and is not a hazard to drive. We will never buy a Ford again.
