Frank J Wright MD MDRAX Illegal use of Physician assistants for MMJ evaluations Fort Collins, Colorado
Dr Wright did not do these MMJ evaluations himself but instead he had physician assistants do the evaluations. When I asked the P.A. if this was allowed she said it was common practice.
It took CDPHE almost 5 months to deny my application and now I must wait an additional 6 months before re-applying. This means that I won't be able to grow a crop myself for an additional year.
