They didn't just pull an account # out of thin air and say we are going to charge this person w/o there knowledge. When they find out they will be so happy and want to Donate more money to help the children? No you are only making enemies out of the public. It is standard practice for for info from Credit reporting Agencies, banks etc. to only list partial #'s. It's one thing for a co. to obtain list for contact purposes. I believe it is illegal to run a charge on a card w/o obtaining authorization. The reason you are not getting allot of complaints is due to people can't find your Co. Number 593603751. I called the IRS all they would do is confirm that the co. is a 501 charity. And gave me a fax # to send my info to launch a criminal investigation. fax: 513-263-3756. Which the actual location of that address is The Economy Inn & suites. The good news is There website has been suspended as of today. I filed a complaint W/ their host. I suggest everyone who has been ripped of by them to file complaint reports.

Any of the above stops the process some people we have found think they can get it without the donation and do nothing. Then we send out a letter telling about the magazines and how we think we can save the kids from drug abuse. the letter also tells of the $9.95 S&H and Donation and to watch for it on your C C. We get the information from the same place all the big Companies get it Discover sells your info to Sears who sells to Fingerhut wo sells to Time-warner etc. etc. etc.. Everyone who uses a Credit Card is on a list or lists somewhere. Having someones Credit Card Numbers is not illegal as long as they are used for a legal purpose.
