Free Energy Australia Pty Ltd Solar Corporation of Australia & Solar Panel Wholesalers, Famore Business Brokers Pty Ltd, Queensland State Insulation Fraudsters, Liars, Con men, Blackmailers, Thieves, GET THE FEDS, ACCC & FAIR TRADING TO SHUT THEM DOWN!!! The Gap, Brisbane, Australia Internet
Beware of this solar and energy company Free Energy of Australia Pty Ltd ABN 36 159 195 356 (it took them 5 months to register for GST, but this has now been backdated) controlled by the infamous Smiley & Ramona Sansoni.
Again they are not paying their sub contractors and the solar installs are taking up to 5 months to complete. Lying to the customers about the panels and their specifications.
Same lies as Solar Corporation - " Inferior panels linked in a row as a system fail if a shadow crosses them. The whole system goes down until the shadow moves on. However our systems have extra built in systems. Each panel has 6 diodes in the circuit. This means that if a shadow goes over the panel only that sixth affected will cease working. Each panel is individually earthed."
What a load of Crapp!!!, none of the CETC/ EC/ Canadian Solar panels they sell have 6 diodes.
Bad customer service. Check out the attached list of Client complaints, Dodgy Installs, Systems not working, Refunds wanted.
His National Sales Manager / Director John Young tells all of the new distributors (salespeople) lies.
John Young and Smiley Sansoni would not have a back bone between the 2 of them. A beach worm has more back bone. They definitely don't have any testicles!!!!
Installers not getting paid, staff not getting paid, Customers lining up for refunds.
Also still trading as Solar Corporation of Australia ABN 54 141 824 080. Many consumer complaints to Government authorities, Fair Trading. Solar Corporation of Australia is about to be wound up owing hundreds of thousands to subcontractors, installers and landlords. They have leased properties in that name, until 2013 but Sansoni has not given his personal guarantee, so he doesn't give a stuff about staff or the landlords, he just comes in at midnight, clears the office furniture out and does a runner.
Prior to that traded as Queensland State Insulation.

Check out this article about Smiley Sansoni written by the "AGE Newspaper" and the very dodgy Queensland State Insulation. Deregistered by Peter Garratt, The Federal Environment Minister
Blacklisted firms turn up heat on insulation scheme
BLACKLISTED
insulation operators are continuing to trade under the federal government's $2.7 billion ''pink batts'' program despite appearing on the government's list of deregistered installers.
An Age investigation has found at least two insulation operators have been offering the government's rebate of up to $1600 per household since being deregistered last month.
It has prompted the government to conduct an investigation into the breaches, including writing to the companies involved for an explanation.
Both Queensland State Insulation and Monash Insulation immediately offered to remove the offending material from their websites after being contacted by The Age yesterday.
It comes as another of the federal government's emissions-saving initiatives, the Green Loans program, designed to provide household energy assessments,is beset by allegations of mismanagement, poor training and a system that is unable to cope with the demand.
Prime Minister Kevin Rudd unveiled the home insulation program aimed at 2.7 million
Australian homes last February as part of the government's $42 billion stimulus package.
The program has been dogged by claims of rorts and malpractice. This week a fourth insulation installer was killed in Queensland while he was trying to crawl out of a manhole in the roof.
The government's tougher regulations requiring supervision of untrained or unskilled employees come into effect next week.
This week consumer advocate Choice conducted a ''shadow shop'' of Queensland State Insulation and Monash Insulation. Both offered to provide the insulation with the government rebate.
''The department says that there are rigorous registration processes, so we are really curious to know how this could even happen,'' said Choice spokeswoman Elise Davidson. ''The fact the website is still up, the phones are still being answered and that they are still offering the rebate is of great concern.
''Putting insulation in your roof is one of the most cost-efficient ways to make energy efficiency savings in your home. We think the success of the scheme is really important, there just needs to be some more follow-up in terms of the deregistration process.''
Smiley Sansoni, director of Famore Business Brokers, which owns Queensland State Insulation, said the company had been deregistered because a government audit found it had received rebates to install insulation in three homes but the service wasn't provided.
''We use subcontractors and they subcontracted further and then walked away and didn't do the job,'' he said. ''No percentage is acceptable but three out of 3000 homes is a small number. We probably didn't have as good quality assurance as we should have at that time and I guess it fell through the cracks.''
Yesterday afternoon the Queensland State Insulation website was reduced to one line: ''In light of recent events we are modifying the website to reflect current conditions and hopefully have the website up within 72 hours.''
Tim Horvat, managing director of Monash Insulation, said the company was challenging its de registration through its lawyers. He offered to remove the advertising from the website.
''We are in the middle of a court process against the Australian government. We should not be advertising it and I am going to give [the web administrators] a call as soon as we finish speaking and get them on to it,'' he told The Age.
Monash Insulation's website became unavailable late yesterday.
A spokesman for Environment Minister Peter Garrett said: ''Every installer is onnotice. Break the rules and we will take action the government will not hesitate to make changes or respond to issues to ensure effective program delivery and particularly ensure that safety is the top priority.''
The spokesman said anyone who suspected any wrongdoing could call the government hotline on 1800 808 571.
SANSONI HAS MORE FORM THAN PHAR LAP!!
Now see what was said about Sansoni in the Cairns Post.
Queensland State Insulation probed Brad Ryan Saturday, February 13, 2010
AN insulation company operating in Cairns despite being dumped from the Government's rebate scheme is being investigated over complaints it underpaid sales contractors.
Correspondence between the Queensland Workplace Rights Office and a former worker, viewed by The Weekend Post, show complaints about the company, Queensland State Insulation, are set to be referred to the Ombudsman after initial research by investigators.
Dumped insulation firm still trading. Industry and government sources and former staff members have informed The Weekend Post of several cases of former sales contractors now fighting for money they believe they are owed.
The companys former state sales manager, Ted Ovens, said he was owed about $50,000 in unpaid commissions.
"The least (the company) could do is give me enough so I dont lose my house," Mr Ovens said.
He said about 10-15 sales contractors complained to him of underpayment when he was working for the company for the last half of 2009.
"All weekend Id have people ringing me up saying, my pay hasnt gone into my bank," he said.
One Cairns-based worker, who asked not to be named, is claiming several thousand dollars in unpaid commissions, and said he had been threatened in the street by customers who had recognised him and were unhappy with the work he had signed them up for.
Another, Norman Schulz, who worked for the company in southeast Queensland for five months last year, said he was owed about $2000 in commissions.
He said he was supposed to be paid a commission for each homeowner he signed up for insulation by the company, but many of his sales were not followed up by the company and it would not pay him for those sales.
Company boss Smiley Sansoni refused to say if he had been contacted by the Queensland Workplace Rights Office, or if he was co-operating with the office.
Asked if there had been disputes with contractors or staff who believed they were underpaid, Mr Sansoni said: "Not that Im aware of."
Last week, The Weekend Post revealed Queensland State Insulations website and call-centre staff were continuing to promote the company as a government-registered insulation installer, despite its
de-registration in January.
The website was removed after The Weekend Postsinquiries, with Mr Sansoni saying Queensland State Insulation was actually a "sales and marketing company" recruiting work for other registered installers.
Sansoni and his gay Chinese accountant, Michael are Fraudsters, back in July 2012 when the Rec's/ Stc's multiplier was reduced from 3 to 2 he issued a new price list to his salesmen. They were only giving a discount of 109 Rec's to clients @$30 on a 4.94 kW system when the clients qualified for 133 Rec's @$30 a difference of $720. I guarantee they were altering the paperwork and claiming the correct amount, whilst all of those customers signed up throughout Australia were paying well over the odds. They never said anything to their salespeople or customers that had signed up for the incorrect amount, just issued a new price list on 8/7/12, with the same customer out of pocket costs. Continued as if nothing happened. Ripped the Australian consumers off for hundreds of thousands.
Antoniette Pugh has given herself a title as the National Office Manager. She isn't a PA's bum hole, Apart from being Smiley's bit on the side, she and her sister Angelika Vox sit in the office all day and eat Krispy Kreme doughnuts & tell customers, staff and subcontractors lies about wages & bills being paid. Pugh has been with Smiley a long long time, even going back to the insulation days. Wake up to yourself Ramona. The office was run ok when Kris Wilmot was there, but she resigned because of the lies that were being told to subcontractors and didn't want any more to do with Sansoni & his dodgy companies. She got sick of watching Pugh & Vox invoice for hours they didn't work whilst she slaved away until midnight & week ends on her own. Give Pugh and Vox a call on 07 3300 4092 or 07 3511 1819, but if they are eating their doughnuts it will be switched over to the answering service.
It is about time the Government shut Sansoni's operations down for good, maybe the clients should get together and take out a class action for all of the dodgy systems sold by these scam companies!!!
CONSUMERS BEWARE.. SUBCONTRACTORS BEWARE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!
Free Energy Australia Pty Ltd Now Scamming Pensioners, Famore Business Brokers Pty Ltd, Solar Corporation of Australia Pty Ltd, Queensland Statewide Insulation
#2Consumer Comment
Tue, January 29, 2013
These low life scum bags Smiley & Ramona Sansoni, John Young, Antoniette Pugh and Angelika Vox are now targeting pensioners.
Looks as if they are becoming well known for their dodgy dealings with the Australian Consumers.
How could you sell for this mob if you had a conscience
The Consumer has to be very careful out there. So many solar companies in Australia have gone broke, and so many were involved in the insulation scams. After sales service is shocking, they don't want to know you when the panels crack, or the inverter blows up. Yes i have struck many clients who have had bad problems with Origin, cannot give an exact install date, exactly what panels or inverter you are going to get. all I can say is google the companies and speak with previous clients, do your due diligence, see how long they have been registered for, I have found one company late last year that was Free Energy of Australia P/L or Solar Corporation of Australia P/L and traded for 4 months that was not registered for GST, previous connections were black listed by the federal government and hit all of the national newspapers because they were still selling insulation after the government had shut them down. Needless to say the connections never paid their installers or staff. just jumped out of the insulation industry and now onto their second solar company. Still not paying their installers / tax / gst and are robbing peter to pay paul. The consumer needs to be very careful.
ABSOLUTE RIP OFFS!!! 2 Different Price Lists, one for cash and another one that is 20% dearer for Certegy Finance and the customer thinks it is interest free but they pay for the interest in the the retail price.
HANG YOUR HEAD IN SHAME SMILEY & RAMONA SANSONI AND JOHN YOUNG FROM VICTORIA
Free Energy of Australia Pty Ltd and Solar Corporation of Australia have done many illegal installs for consumers in South Australia as they go ahead and install before getting Local Council Approval as is required by law in that State. Stay away from these scammers!!!!
