Free Medicine Foundation ripoff rec'd app sent in $60.00 never rec'd paperwork for medicine several calls no refunds Doniphan Missouri
Sent in medicine application for free medicine @ $5.00 per medicine. Never rec'd doctor's forms but check for $60.00 was cashed. Repeated calls to no avail. Was told by rude clerk was take letter to docter. Asked for another letter for doctor on 12/15/06. Asked for refund , clerk never answered me about the refund. Had to get another prescription before Dec.31,2006.
