I placed on 10/13/09 my order for two jewelry stands for my daughters for Christmas. On 10/25/09 I received one of the items with no mention of the other. On the same day, I emailed the company to ask why the second item did not ship and when I would receive it. I emailed them again on 10/29 and I also called the company the same day and it rolled to voicemail (as it has every time I have called them during business hours). I have never gotten a live person on the phone. They emailed me on 10/29 to indicate that the item was out of stock. I chose another item, which was expected to be in stock and ship out in a week. On November 8 they indicated that the item was not in stock.
On November 24 they emailed to say that the item was discontinued. On the same day I emailed them to say that I would like a another alternate item. I heard nothing and emailed them again on 12/2 to ask when I should expect the item, as it was a Christmas gift. They responded on 12/9 that the item would ship the next day. On 12/17 I asked for a tracking number because I had not received the item yet. They replied on 12/22 that the item was discontinued and that they had refunded my credit card. I emailed on 1/17 and 1/22 to as why I have not received my refund yet. I also called (only to receive voicemail again on 1/22, and I left another message. There has been no response yet.
