This is a complete scam and may be Identity Thieves! The phone numbers for all of the "aka's" are no good: 877.434.3329, 866.385.5090, 605.413.4728. Wish I would've called them and researched more before making an online order.

If you're thinking about ordering meds from any of these online sites listed above (or onlinepharmacy.net, consider this:

I called that last number (605...) that showed up on my credit card statement ($250 charged on 4/10). Got a recording in a thick English/Australian accent, had to listen to it 3 times to understand the web address he told me to go to: www.live-operator.com. Go there and you'll see it's useless - you need some kind of ticket number that wasn't issued when you placed the order. Called the credit card company & they agreed to reverse the charges.

Then I looked further on my credit card statement & saw a charge of $20.95 I didn't recognize (I use this card all the time for frequent flyer miles). Called the number listed next to that transaction & found out they're a call center for over 500 companies. They were able to determine the $20.95 was a monthly membership fee to - guess who - Frontier Pharmacies! My original order was made on elitedrugstore.com on 3/3/07 and the page I printed stated:

"Your FREE trial membership to discount rx club has been activated. Once we receive approval from the physician. your medication will be shipped. The cost of the medication will only be billed at the time your request has been approved and the medication has been shipped."

I was billed $250 on 4/10 for a $145 order, as of 5/15 no meds received and doctor has not been contacted for approval. So now, I have to cancel my credit card and hope my ID hasn't been stolen.

MORAL OF THE STORY: If you have that feeling that something isn't right, DON'T give them your info. Look for the "about us" section on websites - there isn't one on any of the sites this SCAM COMPANY uses.

EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back!

HERE IS WHAT RIP-OFF REPORT SUGGESTS YOU DO:

Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E.

According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days.

If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges.

Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent!

DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!

Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get.

And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state.

Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth.

If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form.

CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.

And good luck Let us know how you do!

LibertyRx is NOT this company.

LibertyRx is NOT the company in the original report.  Our program has been around for over 4 years and saves individuals hundreds to thousands of dollars on their prescriptions.  We have two (2) parts; a Rx Card that is used at over 98% of all US Pharmacies and a "Home Delivery/Mail Order" program to save even more money.  Our LibertyRx Plan and our OptionRx Plan has no complaints on file anywhere and can be accessed at our libertyrxplan site on the internet for info only.  We are NOT an internet pharmacy, we only allow prospects and members to look up their price BEFORE they go to the Pharmacy or send in their prescription to our "Home Delivery/Mail Order" Program.

This complaint is not about LibertyRx by Liberty Benefits and Team Liberty

LibertyRx is NOT an internet pharmacy nor is it the company listed in the complaint. It does not have anything to do with this complaint or company that is mentioned in the complaint. LibertyRx is a 10 year plus old company that saves thousands of dollars to its members using our program. Our program is accepted at over 98% of all US Pharmacies when you use our LibertyRx card. We also have a home delivery program that gives you huge savings when you send in your doctors prescription. You can NOT order anything from our LibertyRxPlan website, we do allow you to look up the actual cost of over 51,000 FDA approved drugs.

Do not confuse this with the Liberty Rx Plan.

Do not be confused. This is not the Liberty Rx Plan marketed by Liberty Benefits and Team Liberty. We save people hundreds to thousands of dollars with the high cost of prescriptions. We are not insurance so we are compatible with Medicare D plans, HSA Health Plans, can help save on all the prescriptions your present insurance company does not cover and works very well with those that have no insurance plans. 98% of all US Pharmacies honor our program or use our home delivery program. Our website is www.libertyrxplan.com

Good Thing I used a Chase Visa!

Chase Visa took care of this within a week of my dispute. Customs Agents sent me a notice that this company shipped from outside the U.S. - this is not disclosed on their website. They make it sound legit (will contact your doctor, etc.) Have also received numerous international calls trying to sell me more - they apparently don't have the "Do Not Call" registry we have in the U.S.
