Sales tactics unscrupulous, In the sale negotiations was promised 1/4 round molding with delivery the following week 11/19/2012 . I had to call them for delivery a week later 11/26/2012, minus the 1/4 round molding. When contacted John the salesmen, and on premise Office manager, all denied knowing anything about it. The owner was unavailable and did not return three promised call backs. The order was for all Materials Needed otherwise the payment would not have been made in full that day and the Owner knew this. Make sure they list on their receipt the details of the Materials they will include, they wrote "no installation, Materials Only" the owner knew to close the deal all material to install the flooring was what made the deal. So Liars and Cheats cost me an additional $245.00 for the material and a personal visit to the store as a final attempt to speak with the missing owner. Consumers Beware
