Furniture, Etc. (Brian - Owner) Furniture, Etc - a BIG Scammer Dallas Texas
Furniture, Etc is located at 7038 Greenville Ave 214-692-7038. The owner whose name is Brian is a real piece of work. He puts lots of ads on Craigslist selling mattresses & furniture top brands at a real discount. When you call to find out the brands he says We can't disclose that information you have to come in person. (Like he's got some kind of underground sales going on.)
So I took the bite and went to the store. I purchased a King Mattress and King Bed. I was going to purchase the bed from another company but he assured me that he could get the same bed and a mattress at the same time and meet their price on the bed. So I did it. I put down $700 and then he ran the additional transaction the next day for the balance of $534.05. When I called to confirm the delivery he said he couldn't get the bed delivered in the timeframe I wanted that I would have to wait 2-3 weeks or longer after the holidays (Which is not what he said when I made the purchase.) I told him I didn't have time to wait and that the other company would deliver it the next day. He said, then that is what you should do and I will credit your card in the amount of $411.30.
I had to call him over and over again. He finally took my call and then said he would fax over a receipt. He finally sent over a sales receipt stating he would refund the credit card. It never showed up on my account, when I called him back several times he just refuses to take my calls. Then his assistant hung up on me so I drove to the store. He said he couldn't help me and I was calling too much. He couldn't help me and I would have to contact my credit card company. I asked for his merchant information and he can't give it to me.
He is running a business that so unprofessional and scamming his customers. It was his idea to credit my account. He offered. But didn't deliver. He's a total scammer and should be shut down.

Its unfortunate that you had bad experience with Furniture etc.We will always try to provide the best products with the best prices and service possible.As you stated when we couldnt accomadate your needs we offered you a refund.When a refund is processed ,you receive a credit slip just like when you made the purchase.I am un aware of any credit that wouldnt be processed just as fast as a sale.I am sorry that the credit card proceessor didnt credit your card as fast as you desired but furniture etc did what they promised to do.If you have any further comments or questions please call 214 692 7038
