Its unfortunate that you had bad experience with Furniture etc.We will always try to provide the best products with the best prices and service possible.As you stated when we couldnt accomadate your needs we offered you a refund.When a refund is processed ,you receive a credit slip just like when you made the purchase.I am un aware of any credit that wouldnt be processed just as fast as a sale.I am sorry that the credit card proceessor didnt credit your card as fast as you desired but furniture etc did what they promised to do.If you have any further comments or questions please call 214 692 7038
