I sold my Runescape account to GameTag on February 10, 2014, and I've sent them several emails asking for an update on the process of the order. None of the emails regarding the sale of my Runescape has been responded by GameTag, not even a simple acknowlegement saying that they're still working on the order. What type of company neglects their customers like this?
My order number is 2428709.

As someone who frequents this site, I can tell you from what I have seen. GameTag pays, BUT if there is an issue with either the information on payment or the required personal information is NOT CORRECT, then you wont get paid. I would find a phone number to contact. Despite the FACT that YOU are trying to profit off of RUNESCAPES property. Which IS illegal. But hey since you are not getting paid for ILLEGALY selling intellectual property that YOU do not own, YOU shouldn't have much to worry about. With the small exception that YOU are selling an account that YOU do NOT own, YOU are selling it and it will be sold to the Chinese gold farmers. Thereby making the game even harder for those that didn't QUIT. Remember all those complaints YOU had about the gold farmers?? Congratz!! YOU are NOW part of the very same problem YOU were crying about. AND youre a thief. YOU should be ashamed that you are more then willing to screw Runescape out of money selling something YOU DO NOT OWN!!! You if anything paid for a MEMBERSHIP. When you signed up for the game, YOU AGREED that YOU would not try and sell the account. I guess YOU were more honest back then.....Funny that you would question a businesses ethics while selling something "stolen".
