GarberSoft, Inc. ripoff, untrusted, unreliable, totally thieves. Stole my money thru credit card, refuses to give a refund after number of tryouts. Difficult use their internet. consumer rip-off fraud Rosellville, Arkansas
GarberSoft is a internet service re-seller company. When you sign up for one year, and try to get your money back, you are being directed to dial a phone number with answering machine. This company will not return your call if it involves for them to issue you a refund. You can keep on trying, and trying without any success. They claim that their computer was "wrongly programmed" in storing your username and password. Yor have to keep on re-emailing to them that you can't get on the internet. Once it is fixed, it works for just a few days and then the same problem starts all over again. This company is very stubborn in issuing any refunds. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ANY COST OR OFFER! They use quite attractive but deceptive advertising methods. The sign-up is free, but once you "sign up" you are being encouraged to sign up for a one year. This way they can charge you the whole year up front. DON'T DO IT, IT IS A TRAP TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.
