All business owners need to be cognizant of the fact that a business man's over all performance especially dealing with the public in any manner is a direct concern of any potential consumer.The past activities are a direct warning to future customers in any potential dealings.All of the references dealing with Mr.Holland aka gbayemporium were on a business platform with the exceptioin of his criminal activities which are being addressed currently by the FBI. Mr Holland,I can assume,feels secure because they haven't pounded on his door as of yet.Believe me this is a low priority compared to such matters as the just past hostage crisis concerning the US ship captain,etc.Nevertheless,the case is very much active and will be dealt with in due time.

GBAYEMPORIUM SUSPENDED James - USA (Saturday, April 11, 2009) Justice? Geoff Holland aka ebay member Gbayemporium suspended from Ebay. However he claims it was a foul-up. He was reinstated after approx 8 hours. I do not for 1 minute believe that Ebay mistakenly' suspended him. All of his 5000 listings were removed, his blog completely deleted. He can claim it was a foul-up if he wants to. I just can't believe that Ebay would remove a gold powerseller with over 5000 listings without reason. I am sure that since he lives very close to the Burnaby office then he probably went down there and persuaded them (his friends)to let him back in. Ebay is corruptthe back door left WIDE OPEN.

Gbayemporium was reinstated by eBay so in all fairnness,it needs to be posted.

There is justice in the world even if the effects are felt only temporarily.Gbayemporium aka Mr. Geoffry R Holland has had his account suspended from eBay for his cumulative examples of bad behavior and inadvertantly bringing eBay into a criminal investigation regarding Mr. Holland for Identity theft and computer hacking resulting in the destruction of two web sites.
