I am so disappointed and frustrated with this fraud travel company situated at New Delhi. I have recently tried to book a hotel in Puri (Orissa; Victoria Club Hotel) for our stay in March 2016 using online service and I was redirected to hotelsGDS.com. I communicated with them and had paid in full (by online bank transfer) the 2 nights charges plus 10% service fee for their service. I tried to communicate with the hotel directly after they had made the booking (at least that is what they told me). The hotel told me they do not have any booking for me and they do not have any third party online booking services. I canceled the booking with GDS and re-booked with the hotel directly by online bank transfer directly to the hotel's account. GDS emailed me that the will refund me the money (less 10% service fee) within 15-20 days (I have all their email communications). Now after a month and a half I am still without receipt of my refund (Approximately Rs. 6500). I call them routinely and have sent them numerous email about this, however without any results sofar. People involved in this episode in their new delhi office are: Shweta Jeetwal, Ashis Mittal and others. I sincerely hope people read this review and avoid doing business with this travel agency.
