I ordered seven items from them on September 2, 2018 and paid in full. As of September 25, 2018 I had received three of these items. The other four are apparently floating somewhere over the Pacific ocean as I never received them. I was told at the time I placed the order that ALL orders would be delivered on or before September 21st.
I waited a couple of extra days and contacted them on September 24th to request a refund for the the four items I never received. I have since bought what I needed elsewhere. They said NO. The order was in 'transit.' I told them I would ship it back to them upon receipt and they still said NO.
How is this legal? They have horrible customer service, iffy products that never look like what is presented online. I suspect they have fraudulent customer reviews on their website as well. They need to be investigated ASAP.
