GENIXLABS Lucent Whites LUCENT WHITES/GENIXLABS- HUGE INTERNET RIP OFF- COST ME 88.98 THAT I NEVER AGREED TO PAY- FREE TRIAL AND SHIIPPING & HANDLING ALL THAT'S REQUIRED Glendale, California
Went on the internet to read a financial artice on CNN and noticed a pop up for a free trial for teeth whitening. I clicked into the sitE. I signed up for a free trial and only had to pay 1.99 for shipping and handling. I provided my credit card information. I received the package and notice a month later I was billed 88.98 from the same company. I called and disuputed the charge with the company, the customer service person was rude and unprofessional and told me litereally too bad, there's nothing we can do for you. I requested a supervisor and they refused to transfer me. I disputed the charge on my captial one credit card and they are not reversing the charge due some fine print I wasnt disclosed at the time of purchase. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR FALSE AND MISREPRESENTATION OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND FEES. please some one turn them into the FTC, Attorney General, consumer affairs before they take advantage of other consumers.
