On April 26, 2013, I have purchased ebay listing template creation service and ebay store design from Geografixx, Inc.I was contacted By Geo Hernandez. - President of the company for project details. After Geografixx, Inc received our requirements they acknowledged that they can absolutely provide template with those requirements and promised to deliver complete template and store design within 2 weeks. Template was not installed until May 20th, but upon checking the template we found that it did not meet our requirements as agreed before.
Template was not functional and not complete and revision requests were sent multiple times. Revisions were not completed properly. As of June 17, 2013 we still dont have template we can use. They have also registred a domain name for ebay store landing page without our permisson. Request to transfer all files to our domain name were simply rejected and only statement we got from them is that they will host the site for us??? Why? I never asked for it!!!
Ebay template creator Geografixx.com is rejecting our request for a refund. We strictly advice other businesses not to use services offered by Geografixx, Inc and Geo Hernandez since they cant deliver what they promised in the time frame they promised. Customer service is horrible as well, they will simply tell you that your updates will be ready soon, no dates..ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU WILL HAVE HARD TIME REACHING THEM. Our company is loosing thousands of dollars because the dateline was not met, template is incomplete and we cant list our products on ebay. Geograpixx, Inc is a complete fraud and not reliable service provider.
Make sure to search other reviews as they pop up daily all over the web. Customers have the same problem. Geografixx take the money, eventually after month of waiting they provide you with not complete work that will not meet initial requrements and that's it...Also,forget about any datelines or promisses.
