I ordered the generic Efudex from getcanadiandrugs.com to treat basal cell carcinoma. After using the cream as directed, I still have the basal cell. The cream I received came from India. I called customer service and told them the cream did not work and asked what my options were. I was basically told I don't have any options as there is a 14-day return policy. I explained that I didn't even have the cream in hand until well after 14 days of ordering it and the treatment period is 4 weeks so I could not have known within 14 days that the cream was not effective. Long story short I told them I would be happy to exchange it if they would guarantee me the cream would come from Canada and I was told no. So I told them I would dispute the charge on my credit card and the customer service agent told me that would hurt my credit score! She must think I'm an idiot. A supervisor got on the line and BEGGED me not to disput the charge and promised a phone call from customer resolutions today. I told her if I don't hear from someone by 5:00 p.m. today I will dispute the charge. Not sure why they couldn't just transfer me to customer resolutions but my best guess is I will have to dispute the charge today and buy the drug locally at 4 times the cost I paid for it..at least I know it will work.

I have been ordering two drugs from this country for at least 2 years. I have never had any trouble. The drugs that I order have to have SPECIFIC effects. If they do not work that means that they are not the real drugs.
The drugs that I ordered- Pain and Stomach-have always worked and have been delivered according to the schedule that they provided. I have absolutley no complaints about this company. They deliver!!
