D'Andre Hamilton SCAM/FRAUD Chicago Illinois

D' Andre Hamilton is a personal trainer who i used to work with and I had hired him to personal train me. I paid him 200.00 worth of sessions and we completed them sucessfully. I then decided to buy 12 more sessions which I paid him cash just like the first time but a few days after I just so happened to get layed off from work. I then attempted NUMEROUS times to call and text and facebook D'Andre about completing the sessions and he would IGNORE my calls and text messages. I demanded that he at least pay me back or complete the sessions.. he finally responded through text weeks later saying that he didnt have want to train me simply because he didnt want to and that I was NOT getitng my money back because he didnt want to give me my redund! he is a SCAM and blantenly stole from me! I made a police report but cops did nothing due to there being no recipt ( ne never gave me one) He still to this day wes me 200.00 dlls !!!!! HE IS A SCAM ARTIST AND I DO NOT RECCOMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANYONE! PLEASE SHARE

I used to work with Carla Trevino and she requested my services to train her. We finished 1 set of training sessions with no issues at all. She then purchased another set of training sessions and then was actually fired from a position she held that was located downtown. She then wanted me to train her up north where she stayed because she didn't have any transportation to commute to downtown to train at my location. She wanted me to travel to another location to train her. And that is against my policy. It takes too much of my time to travel to train her. And makes it almost impossible to fit other ppl into my schedule because the commute is far. I explained that I have a no refund policy as well. She became infuriated and created this ad to tarnish my reputation and business. Later, we reconciled and I completed her training sessions. Because I am a guy who values his professional reputation I commuted to her location to train her. I explained to her that she must be reliable in order for this transaction to work. She became unreliable again forcing me to become unreliable to other clients that I had to train. I terminated our agreement at that time and explained to her that I am unable to train her anymore. If this ad is not removed. I will take the appropriate actions needed to file a civil suit due to tarnishment of my professional reputation. I have kept all records of conversations and correspondence between the two of us and urge immediate removal of this add due to negligence and false statements. I have a full time career that supports me financially. I train because I enjoy seeing my clients reach their fitness goals and dedicate my time and efforts into doing so. I charge because obviously time is money and this has been a henderance to me succeeding in the fitness industry. I have seeked out legal council and will take the appropriate measures to recoup whatever I have loss due to this ad. Please remove this ad immediately or I shall move forward in doing what I need to do to protect my professional reputation.
