I'm sorry you guys had such a bad experience but there's alot which can be learned from this. At the start you noticed something wrong...they kept you waiting an unusual amount of time. If they valued you as a customer, that would NOT have happened! So my question is why did you accept that treatment? They need you....you don't need them. Next time any dealer does something like that, WALK OUT! You are under NO obligation to them! Second, did you have this truck inspected by YOUR mechanic who YOU paid? If a dealer won't let you do that or comes back with something stupid like "You can use our mechanic" or "our mechanics have already checked it out!", the message they are sending you is "we think this customer is stupid...they are probably the typical doormats we see every day!". Remember, don't put up with garbage treatment and never buy a used car without YOUR mechanic checking it out!
