Yes your vehicle was delivered dirty. We did detail the 2009 M6 with 80k miles. The vehicle became dirty during transportation. Although we were not liable for another detail, we elected to pay for a detail. You took it upon yourself to have multiple other services performed outside the scope of a normal detail racking up a $500 bill. Detail services are not $500. Nevertheless, we paid you $150 for a full detail. The excessive detail charges were taking advantage. Feel free to contact me or come see me to discuss further. I'm happy to talk face to face rather than post nonsense in order to avoid confrontation.

Only an absolute dummy would ever buy a used car sight unseen on the internet. But that's ok because P. T. Barnum's relatives take great pleasure when someone proves the truth in the P. T. Barnum statement "a sucker is born every minute!"

I worked with Sean Reid and Link Gotcher.
Dishonest and rude service...would not recommend Global Imports....NEVER BUY a BMW ON-LINE from Global DIRTY BMW imports!
Before papers were signed; great service.
After papers signed...see below:
The car was delivered with only a 1/4 tank of gas and dirty!
Told to get the BMW M6 detailed; and filled with gas.
Only paid for the Gas...
I went to the best detail shop in town for one of the best cars on the road a BMW M6... only paid for half the detailing. Refused to pay I ended up losing a lot of money due to the bad condition of an expensive BMW M6!
Link Gotcher and Sear Reid ripped me off...Run from Global Imports BMW...FAST.
Yet, they were too lazy or didn't want to detail the BMW themselves, and when I did detail M6 as agreed, refused too pay for it.
Link Gotcher and Sear Reid ripped me off...Run from Global Imports BMW...FAST.
You can buy GREAT cars on-line, but not from Global Imports, took advantage of the fact I live in another state and deliberately sent a dirty BMW M6, took advantage of me.
All their BMW's look great on-line, but when delivered to your house; another story...See the professional detail comments below:
When Mr. ... requested our service, he stated that the car in questioned was never detailed at the time of delivery. At that time he told us that he expected his M6 to look in as new condition as possible. This request is common by customers purchasing high end vehicles such as this BMW M6. He requested that we do what should have been done at the time of delivery. That was:complete detail to vehicle, remove all minor scratches, remove all acid rain marks in clear coat including carbon fiber roof.
If the request was to detail the vehicle as a standard detail package the cost would have been $189.95.
However, the added cost was to cover the removal of excessive surface scratches and acid rain damage.
The use of Zymol products on this vehicle has nothing to do with the added cost. We use Zymol on all high end vehicle because the type of paint and clear coat that BMW uses warrants the use of Zymol detailing products.
We have been in business for 20 years and have been used by area dealers to improve the look of vehicles at the time of delivery time and time again. It is my opinion that Mr. ... request is valid and his concerns should of and could of been addressed at the time of delivery.
