Jeff, I was just contacted by Brandon at Globaltec and now understand the support that was there from the beginning. I recently received numerous support phone calls this week from Brandon and he made sure that I understood what he was saying. I jumped the gun in my posting and apologize. Thank you for the needed support and I appreciate the commitment that you showed me.

Jeff, You need to check your records more thoroughly. I paid my $99 per month fee for your live broadcasts. Not only did you rip me off over $9,000, but you charged me $99 per month for your "feeds" and $99 per month for your live broadcasts that were totally useless. The only way to settle this is either in court or a full refund. The PA attorney Generals Office has been notified and so has the Better Business Bureau for theft by deception. John Philadelphia, PA

John, I reviewed your account after seeing this post. You have purchased multiple products from us over the last two years, but you have never once called us regarding any of the issues or challenges you are having. We have not been given one opportunity to assist you with any trouble nor have you expressed to us any frustrations you were having. You simply came straight here without giving the company any opportunity to review the matter with you and try to resolve. You also have not listened to the broadcasts. I assure you the programs absolutely do work and if you would like to discuss this and have this shown to you , then I will be glad to arrange that for you.
