I would be happy to join up with any others who want to go after this company. I reported being ripped off a couple of years ago and tried once again this year with the aid of a law firm to get a refund. After digging some more, I found that Gold Crown Resort was originally started in Canada. At the time we joined, we were told they were incorporated in California. Since we were in Mexico at the time, that was more reassuring for us as US citizens. Turns out they don't even have an office in California. Furthermore, when we reported them to the State of Florida where we live, their response was that they did not receive any funds. I'm sure they were reporting literally that the money didn't come to FL and not that their corporation didn't receive funds. In any case, we found that their services were not in any way a bargain--you can get these rates or better on your own by going directly to the facilities. If you try to get satisfaction from one office, they will push you off to another. We actually had our access to the membership revoked because we complained! No one will return your money, no matter what you do.They are definitely not someone you want to do business with. Incidentally, we were pushed into a presentation with this people without our permission when we were staying at Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. Watch out for them too!
