I was a student looking for grant help. The site stated I only had to pay one time shipping fee ($2).
I figured that wasn't much to just do grant searches so I purchased the CD and paid for shipping like the agreement stated. What they dont tell you is they keep your information and bill you 7months later for extra stuff that is not properly disclosed. I did read the fine print when I purchased this product. It did not see anywhere that I was signing up for something that they would later charge me for. This is a huge SCAM.
If you see any charges associated with: Raven Media, GrantMaster, or Grant Search USE CAUTION they are scamming you.
Do not purchase anything from this company!! They are fraudlent.

However, there is a bonus free trial period to membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated several times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation/thank you page, it is then also explained in the 1st paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial periods are free for 7-30 days from the order date depending on which bonuses apply. We would not have charged you had you called customer service and canceled during the trial period.
