I located Terri's account to verify that she had indeed been cancelled, as it is not our policy to ever charge a customer that is not interested in utilizing the additional services that accompany the free CD. Clients simply need to do as Terri has done and follow the instructions to contact customer support at 1-866-370-7270 and express a desire to cancel services during the free trial period, or anytime thereafter. Terri did state in her complaint that my name and phone number was found by her on this site after it had been posted by someone else. I actually post this on every rebuttal I file as I want to make sure any clients we've failed in any way understand that I am available to help resolve their concerns. I demand that our company provides professionalism and respect to our clients and when we fail them in this or any other area I would like to resolve it.
