Grants University Took $80 out of my account and never sent the CD that was only $1.98 and will not refund after email said they would! Internet
BEWARE! I registered at an online website Grant University to receive a CD about government grants which was only supposed to cost me $1.98. In an obscure way they had a small notation, that I missed, stating if I did not cancel within 7 days they would charge me sixty nine ninety five per month. They took my money and have never sent me the CD. My first telephone call to them was on 9/19/08. I have repeatedly attempted to get a refund that an email states if I call them they would process. I called them and they will not allow me to speak to anyone other than the person that answers the phone because according to them I do not qualify for a refund. Although my email states they would. So at this point I am out about $80 and I have nothing. I am unable to locate any contact information on their website. http://www.thegrantuniversity.com/member.html. BEWARE!
