if you have an issue with insurance and its not being dealt with, call GT main office and demand to speak with your "backend" representative. Don't take no for an answer. Then fax proof of your insurance over to us in the regional office and we'll get it taken car of. Greentree is impartial, its a company. its not out there to "get" you despite what it feels like. Get someone that will walk through the issue with you (regional rep) and then get it cleared. Deliquency isn't good for you OR for Greentree, it reports against their company, they want to resolve it, just get the same person that will follow through and help you resolve. best thing to do with these issues is get on the phone and call your rep, not customer service, then get it resolved permanetly. Typically there is something you aren't aware of that is escalting that they need to review with you. Best wishes... SH
