I thought this was a legitimate church. NOT!!!
Mr Pepe is what he calls himself, real name (Probably not) is Guadalupe Marquez, says he is the President/Director of La Mission De la Vina Church in San Diego, CA.
I have two mobile homes and was not going to be able to pay for both space rents, I wanted to give one of the mobile homes to a family that needed a home in Orange County CA.
I posted this on Craig's list and I had a million calls, this man "Pepe" said he would like to take it to Mexico for the victims of the earthquake... the children that the home they where living in had to be demolished, his church takes the donations to Mexico NON PROFIT!!! to help the parishioners.
So, I would let him be the one to take it, he offered me $$$ and bought the washer/dryer/refrigerator... HE NEVER GAVE ME A CENT!!!!!!
Every time I spoke to him...of course after 5 or 6 times calling leaving him message, he would finally answer... Always some Bull story on why he never called me back!
I asked for my money.." Oh yes, senora I will be there in couple of days... " NEVER HAPPENED.
I called again, I will settle for $600.00 instead of the $2,000 that he offered..
Oh yes senora I will bring that to you ... can you please send me a fax with the change... confirming donation....I did and that was the last time he answered the phone!!!!!!!!!!!
The paper work this so called Pepe gave me was from La Mission De La Vina Christian Ministries intl.inc

in reguard to these lies that are being posted about this company is all lies. there was no money exchanged in this matter. about the home in question, any transaction reguarding the mobile homes has to go through the mobile home park manager, permits needed to be approve before moving the home and most importantly. no movement of the home can be done until the mobile home is paid off. there was still a debt of 3000 still left on the home and the park managment did not approve of the move. there is no documents signed by ethier of us, no exchanges in money and a face to face meeting was never set up. what i do have is a fax that was signed by the daughter stating that the mobile home was being donated. i thought that ment that it was given to, not bought or sold. but you cant give something that is not yours. unless there is proof that money was recieved and the mobile home was moved by us this is a false report. the mobile home is still at the mobile park and the managment has kindly help with the proof that can clear this up. making a false report can damage a company and their empoylees.
