Hammacher Schlemmer This company delivers inferior products and has a "shipping" and "processing" scam going Fairfield Ohio Internet
Hammacher Schlemmer boasts a lifetime warranty and no hassle return policy. For a a 5lb box shipped via U.S.P.S. they charged me nearly $50 for a "shipping and processing fee". When i discovered the product was cheap and did not function anywhere near as marketed, i returned all items but they kept the shipping and processing fees. The products were total junk and i believe they are running a scam with the processing fees.
This company is very unreputable and i will never do business with them again. They way overcharge for what they deliver. There is a hand massager they get from Brookstone and add $30 to plus extra "processing fees".
