This Ajuster does not put their clients first. You will be a number to them and they could care less when they pay you for your claim. I have been dealing with an adjuster in Virginia by the name of Joann Adkins and have had nothing but problems from the first day I had to deal with her. She told me then that she could get me a rental car for $20.00 a day so I said I would do something else then she went on vacation and didn't hear from her for 10 days instead of letting someone else handle it. I have  now called her three times and she yet to answer my calls, today I had my agent call her and she still refused to call. This time it has been eight days since I have talked to her and a new packet was to be sent out again and it has not come.



When I finally told her I acepted the offer and take the car, she tried to tell me that I would have to pay the storage for the car, then when confronted that after noon , she denied it. The last time I talked to her again, she told me she would get me a rental and they would pay $20.00 a day, so I caught her in her own trap. It has now been 29 days since my accident with not one thing paid on this claim and no car and now paying $20.00 a day for a rental. In my book she is the ripoff. They also will only pay two thirds of what your car is worth  paid $4,000.00 for it in march and got $2900.00. Hanover is training their adjusters to do this to their clients, so this is what you have to deal with when you use these people for your near worthless coverage.
