Hardtime Husslin firstly has T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E customer service relations. My business transaction was made on Oct. 3, and later received 2 e-mails to say that the item was out of stock. A new pair was chosen and confirmed again by the end of October and until now everytime the progress was checked it was classified as "processing" (which it STILL says today). In mid Dec. I received the following e-mail:

"Hello ************ was your tracking number. , your order has been returned to sender. In our policy it states you must be home while during delivery stage. We did our part in shipping our shoes. Thanks for choosing HTH".

Firstly... even now (apparently after the order has been sent) I am yet to receiving any shipping confirmation (so I could not be home for a delivery anyway) NOR does the progress page on their website say that my order has been shipped. It STILL says "processing". Thirdly, there is no way I couldhave known their shipping policy seeing as though the FAQ page is inaccessible.

Whether my order has been shipped or not, the fact that is I have kindly asked for a refund after 3 months and am yet to get even slightly satisactory customer service. I have sent numerous e-mails and am yet to get a response which is the mark of a company that does not deserve the business of enthusiastic customers.

I do not work to fatten the pockets of Robert Armata and at this point it isn't even about the money, it is about the principle and I believe HTH deserves every ounce of damage done to their credibility and if this persists then they deserve to go out of business. This is wrong, and seeing that previous and similar complaints have been filed I can empathize with those who have been victims of this company's inefficiency. I left making this report as a last resort after e-mailing their company numerous times.

In my 5 yr experience of online shopping this is the first time this has happened and I am not looking forward to a repeat. Thanks.
