This company is a real estate company ran by Chad Garcia aka Thomas C. Garcia, aka Thomas Chad Garcia, aka Thomas Garcia and they are the worst rip off and dirty scheming thieves ever. I had split up with my husband and he decided to sell our foreclosing house behind my back , but my name was on mortgage and title to the home, so they would have needed my signature to sign off before selling and even for putting this property up on MLS listing which was done without my permission. Months later I find out and this sneaky weasel Chad the broker is telling me after the fact that he needs my signature to get the sale completed and everything else. I disagree to his sale and listing without my permission and ask him to take listing and all things down. He pretends like he has listened to me, but does nothing about it. Because he had the MLS without my permission listing it which gave him exclusive rights as a realtor and I couldn't get anyone else on board to sell for as a better price to have worked out with me at least getting a cut of the house for all that I had put into it. This realtor harassed me all hours of the night and day via phone and email trying to coerce me into signing off and even had the future potential buyers and their realtors contacting me to harass me to sign off via email and phone even after I had told all of them, especial Mr. Garcia to Cease and Desist. He just couldn't stop there, Old Republic Title and Julie Deguair who he was working with initially refused to show me the title documents to which my name is on or the deals they were working out. It seemed they agreed that he couldn't sell the house without my permission so the title company had told me by email that they were getting off of it. Somewhere in the middle of dealing with the divorce with my ex a new judge jumped on board and Mr. Garcia had the audacity to harass me at court in the middle of my divorce case and ask the judge to make a forced legal sign off, despite the fact my filed paper work and answers showed clearly as to why I did not have a realtor to contest his non-permissive selling of my home and MLS listing not being removed as I had asked further delaying me to reach a realtor. The new judge at the time had erred in enforcing a sign off, as this lying realtor told the judge there would be "0 proceeds" on the house to split up anyways. All the other judges in the court who I knew and worked for agreed that this new judge made a mistake, but was too late as new judge took the pending case. This sign off order would take months, but I made it clear that I disagreed and would not sign off myself. They issued for a clerk at the court to sign off which was wrongful and should not have been done on behalf of this crook walking into the court room and asking for things to be signed off on. it was a travesty of justice as I had been a victim of domestic abuse, suffer PTSD, and didn't walk away with a single red cent, not even the $6k worth of stuff left to me by both my deceased parents. When this house was finally sold both Chad Garcia and my ex walked away with a good split of the $525k our house sold for. I received nothing and despite his lie in the courtroom of "zero proceeds" from sale of house after owing mortgage company for back pay and other things, the title company left me an IRS statement claiming I made $270,000 or so in proceedsings which I saw zero of. This crooked snake broker and realtor of Chad Garcia and his company Hawaii Property Development Realty, LLC out of Honolulu, O'ahu, Hawai'i need to be shut down for good. Even RICO agreed he did bad practices that were worth penalties against his license. he did not act in good faith or "due diligence". Any simple look up could have seen my name on title and mortage as well, and he had no business selling the house without all parties consents. This is why he backtracked and chased me for months for my refused signature, and further upsets a woman who is tormented through the history of abuse in a bad marriage and coerces judge to make him exclusive realtor. I had objected to him and the title company putting it into escrow. I believe that maybe one day justice will come and thieves like him will no longer be able to operate in the state of Hawaii and harass and steal from people any further as he had done to me. He played very dumb games with all the authorities of which tried to come down on him for his illegal activities and I wouldn't be surprised if he bribed and greased some of these authorities with a good amount of money to keep running his crooked company undisturbed. Rip offs like this will get theirs! Please avoid any business with this guy at all cost and if you have any further problems with him just turn him into the BBB, FTC, Attorney General, DCCA, RICO, and any other entities which handle real estate crooks such as this one. He is the worst one I have come across in my life and he was lucky a new judge was appointed in the court. The old judges in Honolulu would not have been swayed or tricked by his deception, nor would they have been so lazy as to allow him to get his way when he was blocking me from getting another realtor on board who could have not only sold my house for more money, but actually got me a deal as their math did not come up with "o proceeds". However, it seems him and my ex husband managed to wing a lot of money together outside what they lied on oath to this new judge. Now, I am stuck holding the bag of $270,000 in proceeds? I think not! I am fighting back so all you can know what a "loser" this guy and his company are! please be warned and spread the word not to ever in your life do business with this guy ever!
