Headwebmaster James & Ronnie did not produce web site or domain Lakeland, Florida
Responded to an ad on Craigslist for website design and hosting. Originally spoke with a woman who took some basic info and credit card info for $95. Actually spoke to her maybe once after that and then never heard from her or received any returned calls from messages left. Months went by of no return calls or email and finally James answered and told me the lady was no longer there and he would "check" into my site and get back to me. Never heard back from him. Now after more than a year of this nonsense, James responds to an email i sent "claiming" they bought my domain, built my site, & hosted it yet i was NEVER informed of such. Suddenly he has an intrest and has responded to every email with sarcasm and smart ellic comments and refuuses to refund my $95.00 claiming that he has a "call log" with dozens of call attempts. Seriously, i have Vonage and ALL calls are listed on the detailed bill, so i know who called and who didnt claiming they did. Additionally, my business line is forwarded to my cell and once again, the call would be listed on the detailed bill and, it's not. Totally unreasonable at resolution, dishonest, and dont do business with them.
