Healthy Directions: GREAT comany for taking a consumer's money, but not for refunding it. Items purchased in August and September, 2016 were returned in October, within the time period allowed for a refund. Since then, it has been a litany of four phone calls and two fax messages trying to get my money back, even after providing proof of purchase via Paypal and of returning the items in quesions via USPS. No follow up from customer service at any time.
I finally filed a dispute with Paypal and have been advised my refund will be forthcoming after 10 days...thank you, Paypal! Dealing with Healthy Directions has been, without doubt, the worst online shopping experience I've had. I'm convinced they are "stonewalling" the refund process in hopes I would finally give up.
If you have money to burn and don't care if the product in question is really effective, or about getting your money back in the event you request a refund, then by all means patronize this lousy company. Otherwise, STAY FAR AWAY!
