After calling and cancelling my order by phone(after calling day after day I FINALLY get through) 2 days later they send an e-mail stating "The order is back ordered,Will be there in a week" (Duh!I just cancelled the order over the phone) So I send an e-mail to sales dept. AND customer service stating that the order IS CANCELLED,It was cancelled over the phone,I DID NOT WANT IT.(Since I can't get them on the phone again, all lines are busy All Day Long!Again!) What do they do? They still go ahead and send the order. "Nice case of Consumer Entrapment" force an order after it had been cancelled. I Have forwarded all of the above to the BBB to add to the already opened case on this company. Say what you like about the BBB, they have settled many cases for me.Satifactory results for both me and the other party involved.If it is going to save someone from being Ripped Off, then it is worth it. As for trying to return "the cancelled order" Not going to bother,If they can't deliver a product as promised let alone an already cancelled order...How the hell can they process a REFUND? Buyers beware, the time and aggravation with this company is not worth it!
